Today was a terrible day. I ate garbage. A bunch of garbage. I wasn't even going to add it up, I was so bummed with myself. But I am determined to stay on track. After I got home from my hectic day, I made myself go for a bike ride. I will talk about that in my post, but after my poor choices today, I was happy and encouraged to see that I didn't do as bad as I thought!

Today was a good day, Heather's right, I do eat a lot of the same things! It's kind of funny, but it works for me. Once and a while, I wear something out and can't eat it for a while. The morning star burgers I will admit, are a dew different styles that I switch between. But I love the soy burgers, they're packed full of good things, and with my style for convenience, I need them to be nutrient rich!

LOVED the flavored peanut butter today! There were other kinds too, all of which I am anxious to try in the future!
