Note: Sheesh, today scares the crap out of me! Mostly Chuck E Cheese. Can I seriously only eat 2 pieces of that tiny pizza? I am considering sneaking in something else to eat. lol We'll see what I end up doing. Dinner will be alright, although I am controlling my portions, (and skipping the bread AND ice cream!) I am eating a lot compared to normal! So I will feel like I'm splurging anyway. The key is to feel like a portion is a treat (because it truly is) and not be ruled by the "It's okay, just this once!" and pig out on more than I should! The truth is, it isn't "just this once!" I have a Father's Day cook out on Sunday, which has more birthday cake.... AND my birthday is next weekend, and I DO plan on eating at Carraba's. So I can show control tonight. :) I want to lose by July 4th, not gain or even hold steady! I CAN DO THIS! I will be honest and report back if this doesn't happen... holds me to my word!
