(subway's yogurt cups were nasty warm today! I wasn't going to make myself finish something that wasn't enjoyable!)

Notes: Today's dinner was really good! I am going to post that recipe on our board. I thought that it really needed some kind of tomato sauce though, since it's a lasagna roll! Next time I will experiment with it a little to add that. BUT the recipe was great, rather simple, and yummy! Everyone enjoyed it!
